Customer Data: You own the data you input into the Service. We do not claim ownership of any Customer Data.
Data Privacy: We are committed to protecting your data and will process it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard your data.
The use of our Service is subject to subscription fees, which are detailed on our website or in your service agreement. Payments are due in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
We strive to maintain the availability of our Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. There may be occasional downtimes for maintenance, updates, or other reasons beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of any planned outages.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be resolved in the courts of United Republic of Tanzania.
